LIFE ON EARTH is the first full length solo studio album from Irish electronica pioneer PAUL QUIN, who has been making music since 1989. This album was lovingly crafted over three years (and during a Pandemic) and is now available for the first time as a worldwide release through Paul Quin’s dear friends, the legendary Moscow based ScentAir Records. ScentAir released a trio of singles from this album throughout 2021/2022. ‘A Better Place’, ‘Be Yourself Girl’ and ‘Everything I Loved I Lost ( That Day) all received extensive radio play in Ireland, The UK, and as far away as Iceland, Germany, Canada and the US culminating in Quin being nominated for ‘Best Electro Act 2024’ by the well known Wigwam Radio in the UK.. The collection of songs which form the LIFE ON EARTH album tell stories from our lives lived every day on this planet. Sometimes unhappy, sad, conflicted and at other times joyful and full of hope. Each song represents a different character going about their daily business or ruminating on the meaning of life with all it’s light and darkness.

‘Everything I Loved I Lost (That Day) is the third single ahead of the release of emerging Dublin recording artist Paul Quin’s forthcoming debut album ‘Life On Earth’. This is a story about the loss of a parent.

‘Be Yourself Girl’ is the second single release from emerging Irish recording artist Paul Quinn’s forthcoming debut album ‘Life On Earth’ and will be released by the Russian ScentAir Records label on August 25th, 2021.

In 2021 the song is now reimagined and recorded by Paul with new collaborator Sebastian and the dream who co-wrote on and produced on the record together with Greg Malocca from EGOBOO STUDIOS, Dublin who recorded the vocals, mixed and added additional production and programming. The record is a tribute to old band member John Butler and also a poignant look back at an Irish society that was still in the grip of recessive and outdated social ideas. And when self-expression still carried a high price tag.
