Payment by the bank card on the Internet

Payment for the order is made via the Internet immediately after placing the order. We accept the following payment cards: VISA, MasterCard. Сlick "Place the order" in the "View Cart" section and the iMixes.eu service will redirect you to the server of the Online Mart system. The Online Mart authorization server connects to the customer via a secure protocol (TLS 1.2) and receives customer’s bank card details (card number, card expiration date, cardholder's name in the transcription as indicated on the card). Card details must be entered and confirmed on the payment page within 40 minutes (waiting time for entering the payment details). The payment will be closed in 40 minutes due to the end of the waiting period.

       When authorization is denied:

• The Bank sends a rejection of payment to the Online Mart authorization server;
• The Authorization server sends iMixes.eu a refusal with an order number;
• An email is sent to the customer specifying the reason for the refusal of authorization.

       Reasons for refusal may be as follows:

• The customer's issuing bank does not support the secure 3D-Secure payment processing technology, which is required by the international payment systems VISA and Master Card.
• There are not enough funds on the card to pay for the order.
• The customer's issuing bank has banned online payments (some banks prohibit online payments for fear of fraud).
• Bank card details entry time expired (card details must be entered within 40 minutes).
• The entered details were not confirmed by the customer on the payment page, data format error, etc.
• Depending on the reason for the refusal of authorization you can try to make payment again but not earlier than in 20 minutes.
• Contact the issuing bank for clarification.
• In case the bank is failed to solve the problem try to make payment using a card issued by another Bank
