In simple words, the author tries to reach the depths of consciousness of a slightly mysterious lover, the mystery of which takes him out of his usual balance.

The first full-length album of The Ecstatic Spells is really long awaited. In total, the work on it took several years. But despite all the collisions in the musicians’ lives their (seemingly ephemeral) dream was eventually able to materialize. What is hidden in «Daydreamer’s Fate»? The band’s members declare that album is not conceptual despite its mysterious name. These are nine separated songs telling of hope and disappointment, search and loss, love and cruelty, pain and finally hope. It’s a kind of attempt to depict the eternal cycle of human existence. Musically this release is made in gothic rock genre with a noticeable part of darkwave. In the sound experiments the band also added elements of new wave and even psychedelia. Some of the songs in their earlier versions are probably already known to the listeners because they have been sounded repeatedly on radio shows online and included in compilations of goth music from different countries.

I Can't Go On Anymore is a reflection on the life we lead and how we reach a point where we begin to question the reasons for the way we've faced the various situations we've experienced. Often, without realizing it, in an attempt to avoid bigger problems, we decide not to face them and let them pass. We get used to avoiding every difficult situation and prefer to run away from them. But we always reach the point where we feel empty and directionless in our lives. We forget the dreams of our childhood and youth. Because we forget that to achieve our goals, it's crucial to strive and face problems head on.
