Its author is a cult favorite since 2005 among the devoted fans of progressive house - Belgian Jean-Christophe Detrain aka Faskil. His production has been picked up by such labels as microCastle, FeralCode, Navigation, Frisky, Composure, Jetlag, Ascension, Polytechnic, Silk, Morphosis and the list goes on. He has lent his hand to remixing a wide range of artists from the likes of Orbital, Luca Ricci and Derek Howell, to Harland and Gemma Hayes - every work gaining praise from all corners of the globe. Aside from producing and being an uber-cool journalist, Jean launched the "Connected" events in Paris with his friends and also hosts a successful monthly show on Frisky Radio - "Silly Waffles". Recently Faskil has finished his first remix work for Spring Tube which will see the light very soon but for now we present you the full single release of "How To Confuse A Cat" theme. The first two interpretations following the memorable original deliver label's frequent remixers - Kobana from Poland, and Blood Groove & Kikis from Latvia. The guys continue be on fire nowadays what they prove again with these remixes, more to come from them later this year. The second spring of our label existence has come. In our favourite season we take over the tradition to present you a new sampler-compilation with including of brand new original tracks from various artists. So, meet the second sampler-issue from Spring Tube. As we have never been and never will be a label which releases only one genre of electronic music, in our second sampler we show the full range of genres which is mainly typical for Spring Tube - from progressive and tech house through progressive breaks to chillout and deep house. The issue includes tracks from artists earlier appeared on label's releases such as our beloved masters Claes Rosen and Dynamic Illusion, devotee residents Monojoke, Slang & Technodreamer, Reii and Alexander Volosnikov, and young talents recently joined Spring Tube's and our second label's Round Triangle family - Trapezform and Mesteks. The other part of artists featured on the release is the new names for our roster. Firstly, worldwide recognized and established producers - Kenneth Thomas (resident-artist and A&R manager of Paul Oakenfold's Perfecto Records, and regular representative of Armin Van Buuren's Armada Music) from USA, and Faskil [Frisky, microCastle, Jetlag, Polytechnic, Morphosis, Silk, Panda] from France.
