Nafeu Nasir aka Phrakture was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 1994. His family has immigrated to Canada in 1997 where Nafeu has been raised and lived most of his life. At age 9 he started writing poetry, beatboxing, and developed a distinct taste for alternative electronic music, trance, house and progressive breaks. Nafeu began to fiddle with simple midi studio programs on own computer. His love for melodic dance music grew as he fell under the influences of electronic music pioneers such as BT, Paul van Dyk and Sasha. Nafeu has spent over 9 years learning software music production. His style is a distinct focus on glitches, deep atmospheres, intricate melodies and solid rhythms. At age 14 "Phrakture" officially has begun his career as a producer after being signed to the first for him label - Polytechnic Recordings. In the course of time Nafeu's house and breaks originals and remixes began to spread the world, he got signed to various respectable imprints among which Mistique, Rune, Morphosis, Digital Sensation UK, A Must Have and others.

After becoming our resident with 3 succesfull remixes on Faskil's "How To Confuse A Cat", Monojoke's "Surreal Things" and Reii's "Where Am I" today Phrakture presents on Spring Tube the full album "Still Motion Flares" which includes 9 progressive house/breaks and electronica/downtempo original works.
